Immigration and customs operate under independent regulations, and passengers must personally carry and transfer their documents and belongings in these areas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"1179\">Airlines, immigration authorities, and Meet and Greet teams operate independently. In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or updated border regulations that affect passenger entry or boarding, these Terms and Conditions remain in effect. If the service cannot be delivered due to such changes, VIP Airport Service charges remain non-refundable, as they cover pre-arranged airport fees and greeter availability. The level of assistance available is subject to airport authority permissions, which vary by location.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1295\">All applicable VAT or regional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are based on the service location.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1327\">Bookings &amp; Confirmations<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1986\">\n<li data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1442\">\n<p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1442\">A service request becomes a binding order only when VIP Airport Service issues an official confirmation email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1549\">\n<p data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1549\">Payment alone does not constitute confirmation. Customers will be notified by email of booking status.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1617\">\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1617\">If a booking cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1806\">\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1806\">VIP Airport Service may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time in case of unforeseen airport authority changes. A full refund will be issued in such cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1986\">\n<p data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1986\">Pricing is reviewed every 3 months. For bookings more than 2 months in advance, updated pricing may apply. Clients may choose to accept the change or cancel for a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2020\">Duration, Delays &amp; Changes<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2293\">\n<li data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2195\">\n<p data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2195\">Standard service duration is up to 2 hours. Any service exceeding this time due to delays will incur a 100% surcharge for each additional 2-hour block or portion thereof.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2196\" data-end=\"2293\">\n<p data-start=\"2198\" data-end=\"2293\">Customers must notify VIP Airport Service of any voluntary changes to the original itinerary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2329\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2330\" data-end=\"2798\">\n<li data-start=\"2330\" data-end=\"2402\">\n<p data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2402\">Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior: <strong data-start=\"2377\" data-end=\"2400\">100% non-refundable<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2477\">\n<p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2477\">Cancellations made between 24\u201348 hours prior: <strong data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2475\">50% cancellation fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2515\">\n<p data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2515\">No-shows: <strong data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2513\">100% service charge<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2664\">\n<p data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2664\">Alterations made less than 48 hours in advance (e.g., name changes, flight changes): <strong data-start=\"2603\" data-end=\"2662\">Subject to availability and up to 100% of booking value<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2709\">\n<p data-start=\"2667\" data-end=\"2709\">4% processing fee applies to all refunds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"2798\">\n<p data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2798\">Price differences due to modifications will be charged at the time of change request<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2834\">Responsibility &amp; Liabilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"3093\">\n<li data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"2938\">\n<p data-start=\"2837\" data-end=\"2938\">VIP Airport Service is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or other flight-related issues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"3000\">\n<p data-start=\"2941\" data-end=\"3000\">Greeters are scheduled in advance and must be compensated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3093\">\n<p data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3093\">Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to airline-related changes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3122\">Double Booking Policy<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3339\">\n<li data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3212\">\n<p data-start=\"3125\" data-end=\"3212\">No refunds will be provided for double bookings used as a backup with other providers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3213\" data-end=\"3339\">\n<p data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"3339\">If a client chooses another service provider after confirming with VIP Airport Service, the booking remains non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3370\">Client Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3371\" data-end=\"3739\">\n<li data-start=\"3371\" data-end=\"3525\">\n<p data-start=\"3373\" data-end=\"3525\">Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect details that hinder service execution will not be eligible for refunds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3616\">\n<p data-start=\"3528\" data-end=\"3616\">Services are based on confirmed party size.
