Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any VIP Airport Service.
VIP Airport Service is not intended to circumvent mandatory airport procedures, including but not limited to passport control, passenger screening, or customs clearance. Immigration and customs operate under independent regulations, and passengers must personally carry and transfer their documents and belongings in these areas.
Airlines, immigration authorities, and Meet and Greet teams operate independently. In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or updated border regulations that affect passenger entry or boarding, these Terms and Conditions remain in effect. If the service cannot be delivered due to such changes, VIP Airport Service charges remain non-refundable, as they cover pre-arranged airport fees and greeter availability. The level of assistance available is subject to airport authority permissions, which vary by location.
All applicable VAT or regional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are based on the service location.
A service request becomes a binding order only when VIP Airport Service issues an official confirmation email.
Payment alone does not constitute confirmation. Customers will be notified by email of booking status.
If a booking cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
VIP Airport Service may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time in case of unforeseen airport authority changes. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Pricing is reviewed every 3 months. For bookings more than 2 months in advance, updated pricing may apply. Clients may choose to accept the change or cancel for a full refund.
Standard service duration is up to 2 hours. Any service exceeding this time due to delays will incur a 100% surcharge for each additional 2-hour block or portion thereof.
Customers must notify VIP Airport Service of any voluntary changes to the original itinerary.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior: 100% non-refundable
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior: 50% cancellation fee
No-shows: 100% service charge
Alterations made less than 48 hours in advance (e.g., name changes, flight changes): Subject to availability and up to 100% of booking value
4% processing fee applies to all refunds
Price differences due to modifications will be charged at the time of change request
VIP Airport Service is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or other flight-related issues
Greeters are scheduled in advance and must be compensated
Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to airline-related changes
No refunds will be provided for double bookings used as a backup with other providers
If a client chooses another service provider after confirming with VIP Airport Service, the booking remains non-refundable
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect details that hinder service execution will not be eligible for refunds
Services are based on confirmed party size. Additional guests will incur extra charges
Greeter availability is reserved for 30 minutes after payment link is sent; after that, availability is not guaranteed
Bookings made less than 72 hours in advance
Services between 22:00–08:00 (local time)
Public holidays, major city events, or during the Olympic Games
Clients with more than 2 bags
Missing or unclaimed luggage
Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of service
Clients agree not to disparage VIP Airport Service online or offline without prior written consent
VIP Airport Service does not include medical assistance, meal/drink services, restroom assistance, or specialized support for passengers with cognitive or physical limitations.

<24 hours: 100% fee
24–48 hours: 50% fee
48–72 hours: 25% fee
72 hours: 4% handling fee
Booking <50 hrs before: +100% fee
Weekends: +25%, Public Holidays: +50%
<48 hrs cancellation: 100% fee
2–7 days: 50%, >7 days: 4% fee
14 days: full refund minus 5%
2–14 days: 75% cancellation fee
<48 hrs: non-refundable
